The apartments are located on the 2nd floor of a house near the mountain railways. You need 2 minutes to the bus stop, even on foot you can reach the valley station in 10 minutes. There are shopping facilities not only at the valley station, but also in Laax-Dorf, (with the shuttle bus) easily reachable, or even on foot in about 15 minutes. 2 minutes away from the house, there is a Coop gas station, which is very popular for rolls and snacks. On the ground floor there is a locked ski box in the ski room to store ski boots or mountain boots. There is also a washing machine and a dryer on the same floor, both of which can be used by inserting coins. Next door in the rancho you can use the wonderful big indoor swimming pool, as well as the outdoor pool in summer, for free.

The apartment is really little, but very comfortable. There are a little table with two chairs and a big cupboard, also a pull-out sofa to sleep. The kitchen has a ceramic hob with two cooking pits, also a microwave with special functions, like grill, automatic defrost and baking a little pizza.
