The cosy studio is perfect for 2 people. Double bed. The studio has a well-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom.On the ground floor there is a box with fondue crockery and raclette oven.Direct access to the Tannenheim valley run on a 5-minute walk. You don't need a car for the whole week. Unrivalled view of the Churfirsten and the Bündner Herrschaft.There is a car park in front of the house. Snow chains are often required during the winter months. Public transport: The nearest bus stop is at the Flumserberg mountain railway. From there it is about a 15-minute walk (uphill) to the chalet.Notes:The studio is bookable from 4 nights.Final cleaning and bed linen are obligatory. The amount is not yet included in the rental price and must be paid separately in cash when the flat is handed over.A larger flat (3.5 rooms + gallery) is also available for rent in the same building. This is particularly suitable for larger groups (max. 10 people).
