Romantic studio with separate entrance in an old Grisons-style house. This house has a 300 years old history and has been renovated in 2006. It's located at the beginning of Sporz, very close to the Romantic Hotel Guarda Val. The studio is perfect for 2 Adults. A parking place is located in front of the entrance. To the center of Lenzerheide you need approx. 1 min per car, 20 - 25 min by foot. The ski slopes can be reached from the the house. You have to traverse approx. 200m until you reach prepared slopes. After heavy snowfall or for novice skiers it is recommended to do the 200 m by foot along the street.
