Shops (COOP, bakery, sports shops, banks, etc.) and the free local bus can be reached in about 5 minutes. The starting points for walking and hiking trails in summer and winter are about 250m away. The same distance applies to the ski slope with access to Tschuggensessel and Weisshorn cable car. Electronic motion detectors throughout the property. Covered outdoor parking, heated ski storage, washing machine and tumble dryer with coin-operated machine in communal laundry / drying room.
