The train station, post office, and bus stops are all just a short walk away. Supermarkets, a pharmacy, a variety of shops, and several restaurants can also be reached easily on foot. The Arosa–Weisshorn cable car and the Tschuggen Ost chairlift are only 400 metres from the property, providing quick access to the ski slopes and hiking trails. The Untersee Lake is a popular destination throughout the year, whether for a refreshing swim on warm summer days or for the increasingly popular experience of ice swimming during the winter months. There is a lot going on in the event destination of Arosa in winter and summer! Numerous events on the mountain, in the village or on the lake inspire their audience. As well as the beautiful ski slopes and mountain panoramas that leave nothing to be desired. The traditional Graubünden holiday resort of Arosa lies at the end of the romantic Schanfigg valley at around 1800m. Due to its location in an open valley basin, Arosa is very sunny and is largely spared strong winds. Because there is no through traffic, the air is particularly clean.
