The grocery store, the bus station, a playground, and restaurants are also very close to the apartment. For visitors arriving by public transport the house is only few steps away (100m) from the terminal bus station. The car shelter, with a parking space belonging to the apartment, is right by the house. The main entrance of the house built in 1983, is located at the north side; a staircase then leads down to the apartment on the 1st floor.
