This charming Swedish house is halfway between Göteborg and Jönköping, in a quiet area outside of Sexdrega. The house also has a rowing boat. There is wooden garden furniture. The house on two floors can accommodate five adults and a child. The total living space of 70m² comprises a little entrance area, taking you directly to the kitchen with a dining space. Apart from the basics, the kitchen provides a toaster, kettle and microwave. The living room on the ground floor is furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a coffee table, inviting you to spend cosy hours in front of the TV with a DVD player. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washing machine. Both bedrooms are on the upper floor, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. The kitchen and the bathroom have under-floor heating. There is a lake just 500 metres from the house, which you are allowed to fish in. The nearest shops are about 3km away.
