The house offers a direct southern exposure on the lake. The neighbouring Honeymoon Lake offers space for all kinds of creatures, including the occasional alligator. If you spend your time down at the dock, you can not only sunbathe extensively, but also observe numerous turtles. All the localities you need are just 5-10 minutes away.Adjacent to the outside dining area is the 10×5 metre heated and illuminated pool. The comfortable seating and sun loungers also invite you to relax. Naturally, the entire pool and terrace area is protected from unwanted insects by a screen across the entire width of the house. The view over Honeymoon Lake is unrivalled.The entire house and garden are furnished and designed with great attention to detail. The house offers 220 square metres of living space on a plot of approx. 1200 square metres. The interior in particular is inspired by the beautiful Floridian flair and has a very maritime feel. The spacious living room is equipped with a 55′ HD LED TV. Home cinema with DVD, telephone and WiFi also leave nothing to be desired. The exclusive kitchen is integrated directly into the living area and has high-quality granite worktops. The kitchen equipment naturally includes everything your heart desires. You are also perfectly equipped for a barbecue. A gas barbecue in the outdoor area is of course available.You will be looked after on site by our German-speaking property management. Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are only permitted with our authorisation. We also do not offer the house as a party or event location.
