The house is ideal for anyone who wants to escape from the main tourist areas and enjoy the relaxed and authentic life in the interior of the island of Mallorca.On two floors with approximately 180 m², the house consists of a cosy living room nicely decorated with satellite TV, and a large dining room. The fully equipped kitchen is located close to the dining room and has access to the shady covered terrace of the large trees surrounding the whole house. One of the bedrooms with double bed is located on the first floor, and all bedrooms have their own air-conditioning.The highlight of this finca is undoubtedly the beautiful and picturesque natural garden. A few metres from the house, passing under the large shady trees, you will find the 7 m x 4 m infinity pool area (depth 0,80 - 1,80 m, salt water). Here, while bathing in the Mediterranean sun, only peace and absolute tranquillity reside.Next to the pool there is a terrace with outdoor kitchen and dining table. The barbecue is a gas grill and there is also a bathroom with shower. Behind the pool area there is a covered porch with a ping pong table. On the other side of the house, there is a patio with a basketball hoop and a playhouse for the little ones.The location is perfect, the village of Sant Llorenc is only 5 min away by car, and the nearest beaches like Sa Coma or Cala Millor are only 15 min away.
