This rustic Mallorcan house is located in a rural area very close to the pretty village of Pollensa, and just under ten minutes drive from the beaches of Port de Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. Surrounded by mountains and beautiful views, villa Solivellas offers peace and tranquillity in an area of charm and character.The main entrance, situated under a covered front terrace gives access to a small lounge with sofas and a Smart TV, from this area we access a dining room and another lounge with comfortable sofas.
