It offers a living-dining room with glass doors leading to the pool area. The separate kitchen is spacious, well equipped and has a breakfast table. Access to the utility room with washing machine. Martin offers three bedrooms. One with double bed, direct access to the pool area and en-suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, share a separate bathroom with shower.There are ceiling fans in the living room and in the bedrooms.The house is completely fenced.
