This villa has been completely refurbished and renovated with top quality materials, luxury finishes and all brand new.Its spacious kitchen with sea views has all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook like at home. In addition, you will be able to enjoy incredible sound thanks to a Denon speaker. A large dining table overlooks the garden and the sea, next to the sofa area with a large TV and a Denon sound bar. On the ground floor, after the kitchen and the living room, there is a toilet and a double bedroom with private bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms sharing a full bathroom with bathtub. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds.
