The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en- suite. On the upper floor, there is a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area integrated with the living room, from which you can access a large terrace furnished for enjoying outdoor dining. The property is characterized by its various living spaces arranged on different levels, all interconnected, giving it a unique charm. Outside, there is a private saltwater swimming pool, a garden with trees, a fitness room, and a barbecue area. Inside the house, there is a utility/laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as another outdoor patio for drying clothes. The house also offers: Wi-Fi, TV, and a sound system. Heating and air conditioning in all rooms. Outdoor chill-out area. Washing machine, dryer, and clothesline (we recommend drying clothes on the outdoor terrace, as they dry quickly in the sun and this helps save energy). Free parking in front of the house.
