The house is in very comfortable and quiet surroundings.From your private 9m² balcony you can enjoy the sea views. Each apartment has a reserved parking spot in the shade in front of the house and is illuminated at night.The apartment is located on the first floor and its overall size is 44 m2 (including the balcony). It has one bedroom and can accommodate four persons. There is a double bed in the living area and the bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete kitchen utensils, microwave and electric oven, gas cooking plate, electric kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, refrigerator water. The apartment is air conditioned, equipped with digital satellite system (approximately 2000 free channels), DVD player and 26 “LED TV. Internet access via WLAN. In the bathroom there is a washing machine which is used exclusively by guests of the apartments.
