This 110m² holiday villa is suitable for four people. The living room opens onto the 80m² terrace with a table and chairs, shaded by an awning, so you can enjoy meals outdoors. There are also sun loungers for sunbathing.The apartment has two bedrooms. One has a double bed (180 x 200cm), a built-in cupboard and a private, modern daylight bathroom with a walk-in shower, a double washbasin, a towel radiator and a WC. The other bedroom provides two single beds (each 80 x 200cm) and a bathroom with a shower cubicle, towel radiator, WC, washing machine and dryer. The generous, open kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a freezer compartment, a ceramic hob, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, as well as a big, extendable dining table with chairs. A couple of steps lead to the dining space in the living room, with a wooden table and chairs and a heating stove. The living room provides a suite and satellite TV.
