The cosy studio apartment provides a total living space of 46m² (30m² indoors and a 16m² terrace) and is accessed from the ground floor.It is on two floors and consists of a living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, a sleeping area on the mezzanine level, a modern bathroom and a separate guest toilet. Downstairs there is the air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room with a sofa, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a USB port, a radio, a safe for your valuables and a dining table with chairs. Next to it there is the kitchen equipped with a hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and coffee machine. There is a convenient separate guest toilet. Wide stairs lead to the mezzanine with a double bed (160 x 200cm). The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath, a wall mirror and a toilet. A washing machine, a dryer and a cot are available and plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. The reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.Beds for children are included in the rental price and must be ordered before the arrival (max. 2). The living room downstairs opens onto the private sunny terrace furnished with a table and chairs.
