The apartment is on the first floor of the villa and can accommodate five people. There are two bedrooms with a comfortable double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. Both bedrooms also have a wardrobe and a dresser. There is also air conditioning and central heating for the winter. The bathroom provides a shower, bidet and toilet. There is a wardrobe in the corridor. The living room facing south looks out over the villa garden, the centuries-old park and the blue sea. It is 300 metres to all the beaches (sandy and pebbled), as well as to the centre with many restaurants, which you can get to along a pleasantly shaded path lined with old trees in a historical park opposite the apartment.
