A spacious terrace is linked to a comfortable living room with a fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there is an extra toilet as well as one bedroom with a private bathroom. On the first floor, there is the sleeping area where are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and a sleeping sofa for two children. Guests have on disposal a parking place. All rooms are air-conditioned whilst guests on disposal have also WI-FI, TV-SAT, dishwasher and washing machine. Distance from the sandy beach Sveti Marak in Risika is approx. 2000 m. Pets are allowed on a request and additional charge.
