Parking is private in front of the house and the garden with barbecue and garden furniture is for private use.The holiday home Carla offers space for 2-4 people and is spread over 125m2 on two floors. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a spacious air-conditioned living room with access to a terrace with seating and a garden, which also has seating, a barbecue, a bench and sun loungers, as well as a bathroom with a shower/WC.On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of them air-conditioned with a double bed and access to a balcony with sofa and seating set, and one with a French bed, as well as a bathroom with shower/WC in the hallway.Wireless internet and air conditioning are available and included in the price.The owner lives in the upper part of the house with a separate entrance, but the garden and courtyard are for the exclusive use of the guests.Pets are welcome.Youth groups are not allowed.
