On the ground floor there is a modern furnished living area with a large sofa and Smart TV where you can relax after a day in the sun. A dining table connects the living area with a modern and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a smaller entertainment room with a sofa bed for 1 person, mini table football and satellite TV, as well as a bathroom with shower/WC also on the ground floor.On the 1st floor, this beautiful villa offers 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and with access to the balcony with seating area. On the 2nd floor there is a Finnish sauna and a spacious roof terrace with sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the sunset and the panoramic view of the sea.
