In the living area, guests have access to a cosy seating area with a flat screen and satellite TV. A W-LAN internet connection is available. In a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, you can put your Mediterranean cooking skills to the test. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom guarantees guests pleasant temperatures on warm days. The first two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and the third bedroom has a sofa bed. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.The distance to the sea is only 30 metres. The beach (sand, gravel and rocks) is about 250 metres away. Opposite the flat is the Vizula peninsula with Roman ruins, where you can go for lovely early morning or afternoon walks. Guests will find a bank, supermarket, bakery, kiosk and plenty of restaurants and cafés about 50 metres away. The promenade is 50 metres from the flat, so you don't need a car at all. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity. Leisure activities include boat trips to the island of Briuni, Rovinj or Venice.
