The villa was reconstructed on the foundations of an old Istrian house built in the middle of the 19th century. The former house was the centre of a larger agricultural estate, which included farm buildings, stables for domestic animals and other facilities.Three balconies/terraces have a total area of 100 m². Here you will find a barbecue area and a large pool with massage jets.It has a total area of 1500 m2. The house is 140 m² and has three floors. The villa has air conditioning, is luxuriously equipped and fully furnished. It has four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with two single beds. There is also a large dining room and a living room with an open fireplace. The bathrooms offer an exclusive design with shower and WC. A perfectly coordinated kitchen completes the offer.
