A wooden internal staircase leads to the two double bedrooms on the upper floor, which are furnished with double beds. There is also another bathroom with a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer.The outdoor area includes a fenced front garden of approx. 50 m², which is equipped with a gas barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and a tempting jacuzzi - the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Istrian sun.The house's location in Kavran puts you just 3km from the coast, where you have the freedom to explore a number of gorgeous beaches and secluded coves.
