Completed in 2024, the 80 m² villa combines comfort with closeness to nature: a spacious living room/kitchen with a traditional baking oven, three bedrooms each with a double bed, a wood-heated sauna with shower facilities, and two WCs (one located in the washroom). The living room includes a TV, and underfloor heating with air-to-water heat pump ensures year-round comfort. A glazed veranda and a sunny terrace opening towards the lake invite you to enjoy your stay in any season. The villa is surrounded by natural forest, offering both privacy and tranquility. In autumn and winter, bird feeding in the yard attracts Siberian jays, tits, and woodpeckers, which can be observed from close range.
