Welcome to enjoy a 53 m² lakeside cabin completed in 2021, located in Pilpala on the beautiful shores of Lake Sakarajärvi. The cabin offers a peaceful setting for a relaxing holiday in nature, just about 92 km from the center of Helsinki. The child-friendly lakeshore has a gently sloping sandy bottom, making it a perfect spot for swimming and beach games on summer days. The cabin features a cozy combined kitchen/living room (with a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster in the kitchen), and two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. There is a separate WC with a shower cubicle. On the lakeshore, there is an atmospheric wood-heated lakeside sauna with a water heating tank on the stove. Water for the sauna is pumped from the lake. During freezing weather, water must be carried from the cabin's tap or from a hole in the ice. After enjoying the sauna, you can take a refreshing dip directly into the lake and enjoy the tranquil lake scenery. The cabin is complemented by a grill shelter offering stunning direct views of Lake Sakarajärvi. It's a delightful place to spend the evening grilling and socializing. Additional accommodation is available in a summer-use sleeping cabin with two single beds. The cabin has electric heater, but it is not suitable for winter use.
