75 km north of Tampere, Kuusjärvi 20 m away, with a firm, gently deepening sandy bottom, and a private boat. 32 km to Himos. A wooden villa built in 2024, featuring a well-equipped combined kitchen/living room. Spacious living area with a large dining set, a big smart TV, and a fireplace. The villa has three bedrooms; one bedroom has a double bed, and the other two bedrooms each have three single beds. A large 60-square-meter terrace offers stunning lake views. Additionally, there is a separate outbuilding in the yard with two beds. The outbuilding is heated in winter as well. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, plus there is an additional separate toilet. At the lakeshore, there is a lakeside sauna with a wood-heated stove and a water tank. The sauna also has a separate dressing room. In winter, an ice hole is available, kept open with an electric pump. Note: Outboard motors are not allowed on the lake.
