Spacious 2-story log house built in 2016, on the ground floor kitchen-living room (40 m²), hall, vestibule, washroom, sauna (electric), separate toilet, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, 3 terraces. Upstairs in the lobby pool table, separate toilet, bedroom with double bed, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom 2 beds, a cot and a baby changing table, sleeping area with sofa bed for 2, balcony. Air source heat pump for heating and cooling. Yard sauna (wood-burning sauna stove) for year-round use; dressing room and terrace. The yard sauna has electricity, the water comes through a hose. There is a lean-to on the beach.
