45 km to the north from Varkaus, lake Koirus 30 m, own pier and rowing boat, shallow sanded beach, deepens quickly. Wooden cabin with boarded outer walls (1996), living room (sofa bed 140x200 cm, bed for two), living room / kitchen. Two bedrooms, each with two beds, plus a third bedroom with sofa bed for one (140x190 cm). Sauna (wood-burning sauna stove), washroom with shower and WC, also separate indoor WC. There is a carport in the yard. Pets allowed, an extra fee will be applied /pet, maximum two pets at a time. Pets are not on the beds or sofa. Please contact the owner if you arrive with an electric car or a mobile home; an additional charge of 5 e/day is paid to the owner (heating pole available, no official charging point). Bicycles and an outboard motor can be rented from the owner.
