The maisonette has a living space of around 75 m² and is ideal for accommodating four adults. On the ground floor you will find a large, combined living and kitchen area with a cosy sofa corner, a modern dining area for four people and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor under the sloping roof. Daylight enters through the built-in skylights. The first room has a 140 cm wide box-spring bed with a full-length mattress. The other bedroom also has a box-spring bed, but it is 160 cm wide and has a split mattress, each 80 cm wide. The flat also has a good-sized bathroom with shower, WC and natural light. All rooms can be heated.A lockable bicycle shed is available to all holiday guests.A dog with a maximum height of 40 cm is allowed on request.
