Welcome to "For Ten" - a retreat with lake views and a direct location on the Baltic Sea. This exclusive property offers you 350 m² of living space and 5 bathrooms for up to seven guests in generously sized bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are located on the ground floor: one with a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and the other with single beds (each 0.90 x 2.00 m), complemented by a shower room with separate toilet. Upstairs you will find four further bedrooms, all with double beds, as well as three stylish bathrooms - two with a shower and one with a bath, shower and bidet. For additional comfort, you can book the pointed roof with a further bedroom and en-suite shower room. The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the large living room with exclusive furnishings, fireplace and a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. There are also various places to retreat to, such as the library and the conservatory. Ideal is an occupancy with 10 persons, whereby you can then use 6 bedrooms and have enough space. The price is designed for this standard occupancy. Exceptionally, 14 people can also be accommodated in the house, in which case an additional bedroom in the pointed roof is available at an extra charge. Please note that children are counted as full persons. The high-quality STRAUBINI kitchen adjoins the dining table for up to 14 people and offers everything you need for your culinary adventures. A deposit must be paid before arrival to the landlord's specified account and will be refunded after departure. All consumption costs and WLAN are included in the price. A barbecue is available on the terrace for cosy evenings outdoors. Please note that the sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer require a coin-operated machine, for which you should have coins ready. There is an option to book a 7th bedroom with its own shower room/WC in the attic. This room is not included in the base price and is available only for guests staying in the Mertinat for Ten.
