The HT 4 houseboat is a stationary, floating house with a view of the river Maade. It is quietly situated on the water in the idyllic Rüstersiel, a district of Wilhelmshaven.The terrace on board has garden furniture for 4 people. The houseboat is moored on the owner’s private marina. The site is fenced and has free parking.The HT 4 houseboat measures around 45m² and consists of a lounge with a fireplace, a dining table with six chairs, a double sofa bed, a flatscreen TV and a radio. The kitchen unit is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, sink and coffee machine. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and two bathrooms, one with a WC and washbasin and the other with a shower and washbasin.The water where you can fish is literally right on the doorstep. It is about 3km to the nearest sandy beach. The nearest restaurants and a bakery are just a few hundred metres away. It is about 1.5km to the nearest supermarket with a petrol station.Pedalos, canoes and kayaks, as well as bicycles are available during the summer season. The access to the houseboats is along an inclined path and a little jetty, and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.
