You live in the "old schoolhouse" of a former village school dating back to 1882.Our lovingly restored holiday flat is idyllically situated on the edge of the forest in a historic building and offers peace, nature and comfort for up to 5 people - ideal for families, couples or small groups.On two floors you will find three cosy bedrooms (double bed, bunk bed, single room), a bathroom with shower and a spacious eat-in kitchen for relaxing evenings. All bedrooms can be darkened.The garden with terrace, barbecue and garden furniture invites you to linger. Hiking trails start right outside the door - a highlight for nature lovers and families. A deer park is also within walking distance.Whether canoeing, swimming, cycling or winter fun with cross-country skiing and tobogganing - the region offers relaxation and activity all year round. Deggendorf is only 10 minutes away by car and groceries are available within a radius of 2 km.Sustainability is important to us: solar energy, regional cycles and natural cooling through the construction method are part of our philosophy.
