This studio is located on the third floor of an apartment hotel, on Beira Mar street and the seafront promenade in Fortazela.You have a magnificent view of the sea and the bay from the private balcony. Private, guarded parking is available for your convenience. You also have free access to the apartment's swimming pool, which is open to all guests.The studio is 43 m² and has air conditioning. The sleeping area opens onto the living room and features a comfortable 140 x 190 cm wide bed as well as an open wardrobe, safe and storage space. The living room has a sofa bed for two extra people, a coffee table and a television. Behind a hatch, in front of which is a dining table, is the kitchenette with fridge, microwave, gas cooker, various cooking utensils and cupboards. The bathroom has a washbasin, shower and bidet. Wi-Fi is free of charge.If you cross the promenade, you will find yourself on a sandy beach. In the surrounding area and along the promenade you will find many restaurants, bars and shops such as a supermarket, various shops and a pharmacy.
